My QuickBooks file is a mess. Is it easier to start over?

Sometimes — but less often than people fear. We assess the file first: if history is salvageable we clean it, because continuity of records has real value. When a file is beyond economical repair, we start fresh at a sensible cutoff date and bring opening balances over correctly. Either way, you get a defensible recommendation before any work begins.

Do you provide QuickBooks training?

Yes — practical, task-based training for owners and staff, focused on your file and your routine rather than generic features. Most clients need surprisingly little: a clear monthly checklist and an hour or two of hands-on walkthrough covers the majority of day-to-day work.

QuickBooks Online or Desktop?

For nearly all small businesses we recommend QuickBooks Online: bank feeds, receipt capture, multi-user access, and the ability for us to review your books without file transfers. If you are on Desktop today, we manage the migration and verify the converted balances.

Can you take over the bookkeeping entirely instead?

Of course. Some owners want a clean file and a process they run themselves; others want it off their desk completely. Our bookkeeping service picks up exactly where setup ends — same file, same standards, no handover friction.
